A healthy and successful weight loss must include both Nutrition Care and adequate physical activities (exercise) for your age, gender, and body size. Forget the fad-diets. They don't work and they may put you at risk for some health problems. Body Composition (body fat/water) Analysis
Scales lie sometimes. Body weight measurement alone does not tell the whole story.. Nutrition and Fitness with Hope works with a Professional Body Composition Analyzer which analyzes and prints out the client's body fat levels regularly. Monitoring the body fat and helping you get it to a healthier range can help you lower the risk or delay or prevent onset of chronic diseases. We will also keep an eye on your body fluid (water).
Our Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Certified Personal or Fitness Trainer who is a food, nutrition, and fitness expert is ready to motivate and help you reach your body weight goals for a stronger and healthier you. Nutrition and Fitness with Hope will design your meal plan and fitness program if needed, and follow up closely on your dietary habits and intakes.

Health Canada recommends no more than 30% of calories from fat, 15-20% from protein, and 50-55% from carbohydrate. The easiest way to achieve this is to know how much of these nutrients you can have in a day and how to apply the knowledge to your daily food intakes. Our meal plan is highly individualized.
